REFI is an oval, all-plastic deodorant stick with a replaceable refill, in 15g, 35g, 50g and 75g. Your consumers keep the outer case and twists in a new refill when the stick runs out.
REFI has two parts. The outer case is the part the consumer keeps, an oval body with a cap on top and a turning dial set into the base, so the stick still stands upright on a shelf or a bathroom counter. Inside sits the refill, a cup that holds the stick and comes with its own lid.
Turning the dial raises the refill and the stick with it, the same way a standard twist-up deodorant works. The screw that does the lifting sits below the refill cup and never touches the formula, so nothing builds up on the threads over time.
When the stick is used up, the consumer twists the empty refill to release it, lifts it out and turns a new one into the same spot until it locks. There are no buttons or clips to press, only the twist.
The oval shape is flatter than a round stick, so REFI slips easily into a bag or a gym kit, and it works for any solid formula, from deodorant to balms. The case and the refill can both be made in the brand's own colors with the logo printed on, and since the case stays on the consumer's counter for as long as they use the product, that design stays in front of them long after the first purchase. Repeat orders are for refills, which can be sold individually, in multipacks or on subscription.
